This study looks at whether early signs of neurological conditions (such as Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis) can be detected in people who are still driving, using various tests and assessments. It aims to identify whether driving performance reflects brain health. **You may be eligible if...** - You have a confirmed neurological diagnosis (such as Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis) - You hold a valid driver's license and actively drive - You are between 18 and 85 years old - You have signed informed consent **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have a proven diagnosis of dementia (MMSE score of 24 or lower) - You have a condition that legally prevents you from driving safely (e.g., epilepsy, severe movement disorder) - For the MS group: you had a relapse in the last 6 weeks, or your disability score (EDSS) is above 6.5 - For the Parkinson's group: your Hoehn and Yahr disease severity stage is 4 or higher - You are under 18 or over 85 Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
