This study is testing a wearable monitoring patch (called SmartPatch) that tracks dialysis access health in people with end-stage kidney disease who receive dialysis through an arteriovenous fistula or graft (a surgically created blood vessel connection in the arm). **You may be eligible if...** - You are 18 or older - You are receiving ongoing dialysis for end-stage kidney disease through an arteriovenous fistula or graft located in your arm - You have been on dialysis for at least 6 months - You are willing to wear the SmartPatch as instructed **You may NOT be eligible if...** - The skin near the patch placement site is swollen, infected, or inflamed - You are pregnant - Your dialysis access is not located in your arm - You are participating in another clinical trial that could affect this study's data Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
