This study looks at how the heart adapts and changes (called cardiac remodeling) after a minimally invasive procedure called endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) — a technique that uses a stent-graft inserted through blood vessels to fix a bulge (aneurysm) or other problems in the aorta, the body's main artery. **You may be eligible if...** - You are over 18 years old - You have a degenerative aortic aneurysm, penetrating aortic ulcer, or intramural hematoma in the arch, chest, or abdomen - You are having an elective (planned, non-emergency) EVAR procedure **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You have severe heart failure (ejection fraction below certain thresholds) - You have other disqualifying heart or aortic conditions Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
