This study tests whether a combination approach — including newer antiviral drugs targeting hepatitis B — can achieve a "functional cure" of hepatitis B in people who are living with both HIV and hepatitis B, and who are already on HIV antiretroviral therapy. **You may be eligible if...** - You are between 18 and 65 years old - You have confirmed HIV-1 infection - You have had hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) positive for more than 6 months (chronic hepatitis B) - You have been on HIV antiretroviral therapy for at least 1 year **You may NOT be eligible if...** - You are not co-infected with both HIV and hepatitis B - You have not been on antiretroviral therapy for at least a year - You are outside the 18-65 age range Talk to your doctor to see if this trial is right for you.
